UVA Elections, Congratulations!!!
Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Kasibule for becoming the new President of the Uganda Veterinary Association (UVA) for the term 2021-23.
Dr Daniel Kasibule, who is the District Veterinary Officer- Mpigi District was formerly the Vice-President of UVA. He took over presidency from Dr. Syliva Baluka who served two terms from 2017.
At the elections held on 31st March 2021, Dr. Kasibule got 46 votes against Dr. Richard Kirigwajo’s 31 votes in the elections held physically and virtually in the Ruth Keesling Gardens at COVAB, Makerere University.
