COVAB RECEIVES VETS WITHOUT BORDERS

CoVAB receives VETS without borders.

In December 2016, College of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Resources and Bio-security (COVAB) was privileged to receive eight students from Vet Books for Africa from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
The students who had travelled by road all the way from South Africa visited different universities in different African countries and in Uganda, they chose Makerere University and COVAB specifically.
On their arrival, they were received by the Principal, Prof. John David Kabasa to whom they also handed second hand Vet books and equipment to be used by the college. We look forward to seeing them again.
